Scooter is any production motorcycle with a step through frame and engine as unit construction with the transmission (automatic CVT) as swing arm.
Scooters will run alone on the track with 2 heats to decide points (and to get more track time together). We will also run in an "All out automatic" race with mopeds for a single heat, every man for himself. Heats are ten laps on the 1/2 mile course.
Race prep for G&J is just a working kill switch and removal or taping of lights and removal of license plates and mirrors (talk about easy prep! I do recommend removal of all things you don't want to break, like turn signals and headlight assemblies).
We recommend one piece leathers, but two piece zip together built of leather or textile is ok. Snell approved full face helmet, leather gloves, and boots are required.
